This week we have been doing science which was all about fireworks and how they work.
I’ll be talking all about the first experiment we did which was making a lava lamp.

How we did this was that we put a tiny bit of water (liquid) on the bottom of a lot of oil (liquid) and we put 10 drops of food colouring inside the test tube. After this we put a fizzy tablet (solid) and when we put it in the bubbles went into the oil and it went slow when it hit the surface it stayed there for a bit while bubbling.
